Notes: I was intrigued by the naming convention of the planets, which led me to read a bit about Johannes Kepler. Amidst all of the information about this man of mathematics and science, complemented by great detail of his life’s work and dedication to the pursuit of knowledge, there was a brief reference to a strange incident involving his mother. I just wanted to tweak the truth for the satisfaction of fiction.
